We get this question a lot! The cost of video production depends on factors like the number of locations, crew size, and complexity of editing or animation. For animation, it varies based on style, complexity, and duration. We work with a range of budgets, so let’s chat and find the perfect solution for you. Every project is unique, but here’s a quick breakdown: Pre-production is where we dive into your business, define your video goals, and plan everything from scripts to budgets. Production is the fun part—filming! Whether it’s interviews, events, or product demos, we capture it all. Post-production is where the magic happens—editing, adding graphics, music, and final touches. You’ll review drafts and share feedback before we finalize your masterpiece.
The size of our crew depends on the project. For simple interviews or case studies, one videographer is enough. For more comprehensive shoots, we prefer a two- or three-person crew, including a producer/director and one or two camera operators. For complex projects, we might add extra crew like sound recordists or drone operators. All additional costs will be included in our quote, so there are no surprises!
As a starting point we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting or ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us understand the project requirements. From there you can have as much or as little input into the scripting, filming and editing as you’d like. In any case we’ll keep you informed at every step of the process.
For animation, we generally agree the key messages with you and then we work on a draft script and a suggested visual style for review. However we’re also happy to work from a full script or storyboard provided to us.
Absolutely! We can add motion graphics like animated logos or infographics to your video. Our goal is to enhance your message, not complicate it.
Yes, we do! Choose from a variety of voiceover samples, and we’ll handle the rest. For music, we source royalty-free tracks and provide all the necessary licenses. Your video will look and sound amazing!
We film everything on professional broadcast-quality 6K video cameras and use additional kit – such as radio mics, lighting kit. Where appropriate. We continually invest in new kit and software to keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing standards of the industry.
We usually supply our finished videos in the most commonly used formats, typically .mp4 or .mov. However we’re happy to convert these into pretty much any other format free of charge.
We generally keep backup copies of any footage and project files for a minimum of two years. We’re happy to revisit and update older projects – for example if you have changed your branding or want to update facts and figures about your business. If there are concerns about data sensitivity we’re happy to delete all our copies of the media on completion of the project.

Absolutely, you will have full ownership of your video! We might feature it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Feel free to share it far and wide!

Creating your video typically takes 4 weeks: 1 week for planning, 1 week for filming, and 2 weeks for editing and final touches. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
